Here's another one I intend to keep stocked in my cabinet permanently. It is so tart, tangy, and floral. Perfectly refreshing and although I've only had it hot so far, I can tell it would also be amazing cold on a hot day!

From the southwest living in southern Arizona, Jamaica is what we refer to as hibiscus in these parts. Best served iced, what I love about this is how the rose helps to round out the "zing" of tart from the red flower. I steep enough to fill a glass bottle and sweeten while still warm, then let it sit in the fridge overnight to enjoy the next day. The color is beautiful to admire in a glass.
