Until now, drinking decaf meant sacrificing flavour. We’ve changed that. Our Decaf Tie Guan Yin utilises cutting-edge, low-temperature CO₂ supercritical extraction. Unlike traditional high-heat methods that cook away flavour and nutrients, this physical process gently removes over 90% of the caffeine while protecting delicate aromatic compounds.

The Result? A decaffeinated masterpiece that retains more than 99% of the original Tie Guan Yin flavour profile. You will still experience the signature light golden-amber infusion, the smooth body, and the intoxicating floral sweetness that makes this tea famous.
