Our large leaf Red Jade White Tea is an organic craft tea, Hong Yu is the cultivar of tree, which translates as “Red Jade” or Ruby. Our Red Jade White Tea was processed with minimal handling, from handpicking to allow for the large, delicate leaves to remain intact, to drying; these leaves are handled as little as possible to ensure the freshest taste possible.
White tea has the least oxidation; this fine tea has a 0% oxidation. This allows for a delicate taste and unique health properties. White tea is known to fight free radicals that can cause cancer, as well as protect the skin, and strengthen your bones.
