Description
Jasmine Shui Xian Narcissus Oolong – Jasmine Wuyi Rock TeaJasmine Shui Xian Oolong is a beautiful and sophisticated jasmine oolong. It's grown in the Wuyi rock tea region of Fujian Province, China, where a mild climate, abundant rainfall and elevations of more than 1, 000 meters create ideal growing conditions. Many of the region's tea gardens are nestled in rock gullies and caves, protected by surrounding mountains — natural conditions that give Wuyi teas their unique mineral charm. Shui Xian, or "Narcissus, " is one of the classic Wuyi rock tea cultivars, known for its dark, rich character and floral depth. Jasmine, the famously fragrant night-blooming flower, is a classic Chinese tea flavor, and here it marries beautifully with the naturally floral character of this "darkest of the dark" oolong.
